Our Company King Construction Group Pty Ltd (previously RJ & EM King Constructions Pty Ltd) has over 50 years of experience in the Building Trade, 30 years of this time in the Sunraysia Area.

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
The vast majority of our Sub Contractors have worked continually with our Firm for 15 years or more, and an excellent working relationship exists.
PROCEDURES AND POLICIES
We have an excellent work safety record with no accidents on any of our sites, and we comply and adhere to the current Occupational Health and Safety regulations, and have in place structured OH&S processes & procedures.
DEPARTMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE
A recent audit by the Department of Infrastructure has been completed and accepted. An application for a building limit increase has also been accepted, increasing our approved building limit to $3M.
QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM
Registration as a Commercial Builder CB-L 23481 & Domestic Builder DB-U 22633 with the Building Commission of Victoria.
- The Building Commission is a statutory authority that oversees the building control system in Victoria. They ensure the safety, livability and sustainability of our built environment.
- The Commission does this by bringing vision, innovation and leadership to the Victorian building industry. They oversee building legislation, regulate building practices, advise Government, and provide services to industry and consumers.
- The Commission is located in Melbourne and has regional offices in Ballarat, Sale and Wangaratta. The Commission is accredited to ISO 9001:2000 status
